2 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Weyer, Kleinreifling

up to 6 persons, in the most beautiful hiking area, 1 km above the village. Enjoy the quiet, all-day sunshine, next to meadows and forests.
Parking in the carport for cars up to 1.8 meters high.
The access road ends here, as behind the hut only 1 weekend house and a house are located.
On the ground floor is the cozy living room / kitchen with wood stove and electric cook and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, hand mixer, hand blender, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, many cooking utensils. There is 1 fridge with large freezer.

Free baby highchair and baby bed must be ordered when booking.
A wireless Internet connection.
A wooden staircase heading into the first Floor with bedroom with double bed and comfortable seating, antique dresser and another satellite TV. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer. Sidings space.
On the upper floor there is the second Bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds.
Heating with electric panels and in the kitchen also wood stove. In winter, get into a preheated room.
There is a terrace with a rustic wooden furniture and barbecue. Above the house is a small garden, chairs and loungers. To the side of the house is an agricultural meadow, which is too steep to use. But dogs can walk in there. The property is completely fenced.

Summary: Setting: The small road on the hillside leading up to the house is worth remembering. The panorama view the house offers is excellent. Good starting point for hiking. The main selling point. Bear in mind that most hikes are in the woods as the mountains are not very high nearby. The house: The house is old and genuine. It has not been given the attention it deserves the last 50 years but has all the basics. Each floor houses a bedroom or kitchen. Charming stairs. Some old farming details. Beautiful old cabinets. The bathroom smells of mold. The kitchen lacks a cooker hood so you have to use the windows for ventilation. Bring your own coffee machine if you love coffee. Bring a cutting board and sharp knives when you are at it. The master bedroom has good beds while not every bed in the attic is comfortable even for a child. Listen to the water pump starting every two minutes. Sleep. The garden: You can sit outside just by the entrance in leftover garden furniture, but apart from that the garden is a mess. Long grass with tics and stinging nettles. The host: Passive but responds. Expect no extras. Except cost, that is: We paid the rent before arriving but were not informed of the fact that electricity was not included in the price until arrival. I asked the host about where the information was in the ad/contract/communication. It did but only in the German version of the ad. I sent her screenshots proving the info was missing. Response: card debited. Never agreed upon.
